Excellent hotel at excellent location. Good F&B options. The view is wonderful

We stayed at the Four Season Hotel Chicago for the first time in early June. From the moment we approached the front door of the building, we were warmly greeted by every employee that we encountered. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the name of the person who greeted us outside as we arrived, but his friendly welcome helped set the tone for our entire visit. David at the front desk handled our check-in smoothly. We arrived several hours before official check-in time and our room wasn’t ready yet, but that was not a problem for us at all. We took that opportunity to speak with Carol at the Concierge desk and enlist her help in making a dinner reservation for later in the week and we went to the hotel restaurant, Adorn, to enjoy a delicious lunch. That was where we met a server named Olivia, who is true delight, and we enjoyed chatting with her during every meal we had there during our stay. After we finished lunch, Carol told us that the owner of the restaurant we had asked her to explore for us had walked through the lobby while we were having lunch and that he had called the restaurant himself to book our reservation. Now, that's great service! The hotel property is beautiful. It has a lovely area with tables, chairs, sofas and interesting artwork between the front desk and the bar & restaurant that was a wonderful place to relax in the early morning as well as enjoy drinks and light nibbles while visiting with friends before dinner. Our daughter spent some time in the spa and she said that Jacob was very welcoming and attentive to each guest. She felt well taken care of and her time in the spa is one of her favorite memories from our trip to Chicago.

We have a family tradition of staying at the Chicago Four Seasons for all birthdays in our family. And this spring we celebrated a birthday that was one to remember. With a newly renovated spa and redesigned room service menu we thoroughly enjoy the top notch amenities and service.If you need to place something special in the room or need anything coordinated on your reservation ask to speak with Lauren! From balloons to treats to extra special requests Lauren delivers with such ease, professionalism and courtesy. I can’t wait to go back and order lunch by the pool! My all time favorite. Family friendly yet still beautiful oasis… this is an all time fave location for us!

Highly recommend for luxurious family stay in Chicago. They accommodated our needs for microwave, refrigerator, and two cribs prior to arrival to travel with a 10mth and 2yo. Carol, our concierge, sent tips and city guide that helped relieve some planning stress and coordinated room needs with housekeeping. We booked Shedd aquarium visit, nightly restaurant reservations, American Girl store lunch and private shopping. I used the four seasons app 'chat' feature to coordinate food, housekeeping, deliveries, valet, etc. I was a dream to use! I told my husband multiple times over the course of the trip how amazed I was at the customer service through app and in-person. The hotel staff made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond for us. It's so hard traveling with kids and our experience with this hotel MADE our trip. Of all the things we did as a family, my favorite was our time at the hotel pool. We all went swiming and ate lunch there. They have a basket of various kids floats and googles. I was so surpised that we could eat/drink at pool plus they had equiptment for us. I had expected to be there for only a short period of time and carrying kids around the pool plus have to pack up and dry off for lunch. We stayed until nap time and my kids smiled and giggled with joy the entire time!!! My husband and I got to relax too because our family needs were accomodated. HEAVEN.

It is Four Seasons. They exceeded our expectations which were high given it is Four Seasons.
