Not sure I’d stay here again. Multiple failures. I’m a Marriott Titanium. There was a suite available in the app and website at time of check in. Clerk refused claiming there were no suites available. This is a game a lot of Marriott hotels play. So what happens if I book the suite? Hotels never have a good response to that when I ask… I then asked for a corner room, and was told I was given one. I get up to the room and… what to do you know? It’s not a corner room. Hotels needs to stop playing these games. It either is a corner, or it isn’t. It’s not that hard. Was then told the elite lounge was closed on weekends. This is a hotel in the center of a major city… how the heck is the lounge closed on weekends?! I saw several people complaining about this. Lounge should be open 7 days a week. Requested extra towels only for the housekeeping staff to take them away the next day and not replenish them. Great location, but not sure I’d stay here again. Very disappointing stay. Would recommend avoiding if you’re a Marriott elite member - this hotel doesn’t seem to understand loyalty at all.
