The shower dispensers did not work properly Unable to get shampoo I reported and they did not solve the problem

I ordered a room with the city view. Everything was going great until I scanned my card onto the door, opened it up and a couple was already in there. I went to the front desk to fix the situation and gave me a new room. Went to scan the door and it wouldn’t open, finally a couple opened the door and to their confusion we also got booked the same room. So I went down to have them correct the mistake. I asked for a deluxe suite but they just put me in a room they had available so I didn’t get my city view that I wanted.

Not sure I’d stay here again. Multiple failures. I’m a Marriott Titanium. There was a suite available in the app and website at time of check in. Clerk refused claiming there were no suites available. This is a game a lot of Marriott hotels play. So what happens if I book the suite? Hotels never have a good response to that when I ask… I then asked for a corner room, and was told I was given one. I get up to the room and… what to do you know? It’s not a corner room. Hotels needs to stop playing these games. It either is a corner, or it isn’t. It’s not that hard. Was then told the elite lounge was closed on weekends. This is a hotel in the center of a major city… how the heck is the lounge closed on weekends?! I saw several people complaining about this. Lounge should be open 7 days a week. Requested extra towels only for the housekeeping staff to take them away the next day and not replenish them. Great location, but not sure I’d stay here again. Very disappointing stay. Would recommend avoiding if you’re a Marriott elite member - this hotel doesn’t seem to understand loyalty at all.

the female that has a piercing on her face, She was very rude and disrespectful when i asked for service and didn’t give me what i needed, I’m very disappointed she wasn’t professional going about it, she had an attitude when I asked I would rate zero if I could.

I arranged a booking for a client with ambassador status, but regrettably, the hotel provided no hot water in their room, leading to a highly disappointing experience. I was embarrassed. Actually would appreciate a full refund.

Awesome location if you're going to a House of Blues event! Literally right outside the doorstep

Lovely hotel, great location. Valet parking cost is brutal @ $78 per night!
