The hotel is at a great location. It’s near to the marathon start & finish lines. Close to cinema & musical venues. Near to trains as well. Amenities is basic: no slippers, bathrobes or tea bags. We needed to borrow a kettle to boil hot water. Room was very expensive as we stayed during the marathon dates. Since we are running the marathon, we have no choice but to pay the high room charges.

The service and employees were beyond accommodating. Everything was fast and friendly. Room was amazing well done and comfortable. Room service was excellent. Checking in was simple and fast. Carlos and Matt were the best. The employees made us feel as if we had stayed there before. The whole stay was the best one could wish for. Thank you very much Carlos for making us feel special!

We spent the weekend to do a show with our kids. Such a perfect choice. TheWit is next door to the Chicago Theatre - so convenient. Our King Suite room was amazing! The staff was super helpful. Special shout out to Carlos the Manager and Matt at the front desk! The onsite ROOF lounge has a great vibe with a DJ, fun menu and drink options. Even gluten free pizza! We got the Theatre Package and the Valet for in and out allowed us to move about the city with ease. This hotel is also convenient for on foot exploration. Easy to access the Riverwalk and stroll the city. We had dinner on property at State and Lake and also enjoyed room service for breakfast. All good! We will definitely be back with friends to enjoy this location!

What a wonderful hotel with equally wonderful staff. With a special mention to Matthew. Wonderful location. Beautiful clean hotel. Lovely food....very very clean. I would highly recommend. Also a special mention to Stacey in the restaurant. Thank you so much for a lovely 4 days

Big fan of this hotel. It is perfectly placed between all the downtown happenings - financial district, theater district, clubs & restaurants, etc. Very cool and funky vibe. When you walk in you’ll immediately be greeted by atleast three people every time. They have one of best rooftops I have ever been to!

Exceptional location, many shops and restaurants close to walk, great amenities, rooms with enough space. The staff was amazing and helpful, especially Zach, from the moment we arrived he greeted us with a big smile and backpacks from the hotel with activities for our kids. We will definitely return.
