Staying at this hotel was delightful. The staff who helped the check in process was very friendly and sympathetic. Gym was small but adequate. The hotel offers luggage storage service which was very helpful. Thanks for having us.

Good hotel, heart of city and near UIC campus. Would recommend this for a quick business trip but parking is not recommended at this location.
