I arrived at the hotel after 12 o'clock in the evening. They actually had no room and told me to find another hotel. It was late at night and I was cold and hungry. Where could I find another hotel? I had no choice but to go to my friend's room. After staying there all night, I canceled the room for the next day in the morning. I didn’t know if my money would be refunded.

Nakila was super nice and helpful at check in . She helped me get my room late at night also gave recommendations on stuff I should do while in town she took customer service above and beyond thank you so much we need more people like you working .

Staff was great! Craig made me feel welcome and at home. Loved the fresh look and detailed comforts in an intimate size property. Great location. Steps away from many great attractions and train station / bus lines. So glad I chose the Arlo for my first trip to Chicago!

This was the 2nd time I’ve stayed here with my wife. We liked it so much the 1st time, we decided to rebook again. Great location and very close to the Grant Park North garage. Only knock I could say was that they seemed to be short staffed. We will likely be staying here again in the future.

The location is steps away from Millennium Park, right on Michigan Avenue... which made entering from Garland the better option as valet service was not available. We loved the sights, scents, and sounds of the lobby and the About Last Knife restaurant. The only thing we didn't love was the frosted glass bathroom door... which makes it hard to keep the room dark if one of us wants to use the facilities in the middle of the night without waking the other.

I had a Millennium room w/ a view of Millennium Park and the lake. Rooms are on the small side, but very comfortable. The staff is super-friendly, the restaurant was good and the service excellent. Well-appointed gym. Convenient location. A winner all around.
