我晚上十二點多到的酒店，他們居然沒有房間了，説讓我找其它酒店，這個點，大晚上，又冷又餓，我去哪找其它酒店啊，沒辦法衹能去我朋友房間窩了一晚上，早上我就把第二天的房間直接取消了，不知道退不退我款。

I love this hotel and I really enjoyed my stay.Arlo Chicago is my go to place. Every detail in the room was amazing. Stuff is so helpful and nice . I want to remark about how clean it was in the room. Thank you for providing such a good service. I will definitely come back .

Great hotel with great staff. Room is comfortable and clean. Service is prompt and friendly. Many delicious food choices in the hotel as well as in the area within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was really great. Spacious and well-kept rooms with very comfortable beds. The service is very nice. The hotel is located in the very center, so there were no problems with getting there. Metro station is only 2 minutes away from the hotel. I highly recommend it :)

Gorgeous contemporary hotel in a prime location with fine restaurant, beautiful bar, and friendly service. Definitely recommend but with a few hiccups: a shower whose pipes rumbled when it ran hot, a lack of feminine hygiene products supplied even though toothbrushes were presumably available, and an unwaive-able “urban fee” which was essentially a fifty dollar charge for two cans of water for all its “benefits” we actually used. Be sure you’re calculating that in your budgeting.
