Our stay was great. Me and a coworker were in town for the AHR trade show and I picked Kasa based off the pictures of they Gym. The gym was great, decent equipment and relatively empty which was great. The room itself was outstanding. large and clean with a killer view. Beds were comfortable and hot water was borderline endless. When the show returns to Chicago I will absolutely stay here again.

The location and view were outstanding. We enjoyed having the option to park and stay in a place so near all of the attractions near the lakeshore. The apartment was spacious with comfortable beds. We do have 3 suggestions for Apt 1610: 1) Housekeeping should check under beds 2) shower curtain liner needs replacing 3) there were not enough wash clothes and towels for the number of guests who could sleep there.

Absolutely delighted with our stay! The breathtaking view, spacious rooms, and the kitchen made it an exceptional experience. Having Target just a stone's throw away for breakfast essentials was incredibly convenient. Seamless LYFT access for downtown travel and the option to walk to nearby restaurants added to the overall charm. Highly recommend this place for a delightful stay! We felt safe coming and going.

The apartment was clean, nice, well furnished, and had a great view! The amenities were fantastic and the Kasa assistants were helpful and quick to respond to inquiries or issues. Comfortable bed with soft pillows, nice TV, and very nice attention to detail. We felt very happy with our choice especially for the price per night of $120. The location was also great, right near a mall, the architecture tour, and not to far from downtown or the museums. We will definitely return to Kasa for our Chicago visits. Recommendations: - Couch was somewhat uncomfortable, a bit stiff and not breathable material. Not at all a big issue, but wanted to give feedback on it. - Not all the light switches did something, perhaps label what each is connected to. - Higher shower pressure would be nice.

Wonderful space with great views! Neighborhood felt very safe and with amazing access to walkable stores. A wonderful location for exploring Chicago. We especially appreciated having a bedroom with two twin beds. Kitchen was stocked well enough to enable us to only eat one once a day. Definitely recommend for 6 people!

The space and location was great! The bed was really comfortable and the view was amazing! There were a lot of great places to eat and go out at night within 10 min walking distance. Also plenty of parking in the garage. Always enjoy staying at kasa :)

Whenever we go to Chicago we always make the 12 hour drive. So early check in is a great option and allows us to rest. The apartment was clean and fresh. The view from the windows was spectacular. Sipping on a cup of joe while watching the day awaken was awesome!

This was our first time trying the Kasa group and me and my fiancé really loved the experience we wasn’t let down in no form. Check in was easy, staff was available when I needed them, the apartment was so clean and the amenities were amazing 10/10 this is our new go to site thanks!
