It was my first time in Chicago, and I was pleasantly surprised to choose this hotel. The front desk clerk gave us a room with river and sea views. The view was stunning, super good, and the view from the room was great. The room was large and clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was a kettle for boiling water, which was very convenient. It was very close to the check-in attractions and could be reached on foot, which was very convenient. I will stay here again next time.

According to the booking, filter and photos, it shows there is a pool at this location. THERE IS NOT A POOL HERE. We only booked this hotel for the amenities and view. Not finding out until we had checked in and inquired about pool hours we were too late to cancel our hotel. So just wasted a night and money on a place I would have never stayed at. We did not have a pool and according to trip booking parking showed for $78 but was more when we arrived. I’m not happy
