I used to live in this neighborhood so the location is impeccable. But when we arrived after a long flight we were put in a room where maintenance was fixing the bathroom or something. We left because it was awkward and didn’t have anywhere to put or hide our belongings.
This building is very very old. You can hear all the other guests walking or talking.
It’s an okay place just remember you’re paying for location. It needs a total renovation, however.

The building is tired! In poor condition and the area is interesting to walk in. Stay somewhere else.

Adrian was unbelievable in the best way possible! He was not only incredible helpful with some problems I was having issues with a 3rd party app he also helped figure out a solution. The customer service here at the willows is truly amazing and I’m glad I got to stay at this spectacular hotel.

I have zero complaints. I loved my stay here. The staff were all so very nice. The location is perfect for walking to several places near by and then the transit system is extremely convenient for further destinations. The room was very clean and super cozy. Looking forward to staying again.

Came here for a business trip and was very pleased with all aspects of this hotel. Great location and very comfy rooms. Adrian at the front desk was a joy to work with and made sure my stay went as smoothly as possible.

If the was a rating for sleep quality, I’d rate it 1/5 stars. The smoke detector light was so bright that I had a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. You can hear everything on your floor, I’d be surprised if you slept more than a few hours.
