I don't typically like to declare that I'd book this place again but in this case I will. Great location literally around the block from the subway and bus lines. And should I mention the bed? Heavenly! Great use of space and nice touches all the way around. Staff are friendly and responsive. Not a bad view either. I'm glad I didn't rush out of the city and actually spent another night.

This is a cool, rock-style hotel with a particular focus on design. What made me happiest was that there was an ice-cold refrigerator. There were no signs like the usual ones in hotels, such as "please clean" or "do not disturb," and I enjoyed the system of writing your own notes in chalk on the blackboard on the door. When there is an event at the hotel next door, you can hear them making noise until late at night. At midnight, the entrance door is locked and you can't get in unless you ring the doorbell to call a staff member, but it was a little worrying when they didn't come. Also, you can use the elevator without holding up your room key, and there is often no one at the front desk, so you may need to be cautious about security to a certain extent.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city center, and you can walk everywhere. Next door is the old shop UNO, which seems to be the birthplace of deep bowl pizza. The room is not small. The twin room has a refrigerator and microwave to heat up your own food, but it also has the common problem of insufficient lighting in high-rise hotels in the center of big cities in the United States. The guy at the front desk at night was a bit rude, but the girl who checked out the next day was very nice.

The room is in a good location, but the facilities are relatively simple

The room is big and comfortable, a typical American hotel The waterfall is a bit far away, so it’s okay to walk. Downstairs is connected to ***, close to supermarket and Starbucks Environmental health is good Service feedback is timely and very good

A slightly dated hotel, but clean and super well placed in the lively restaurant and nightclub district  in the center of the city. I only stayed one night so cannot rate the services well. However, there is everything in the hotel. A night bar, a small gym, washing machine

Stayed for 2 nights and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Close to red line and bus stops, many dining options and staff were very friendly. The room was smaller than I expected but other than that I definitely would return.

This hotel has a very cool vibe. It is conveniently located to the magnificent mile as well as places to eat.

Cute small room perfect for my husband and I. Has a cute breakfast nook to get work done at if needed. Water pressure in our room was amazing. If we ever get to go back to Chicago Acme is at the top of our list to stay

The Acme Hotel was quite the amazing stay! Very different from your typical chain hootel. I'd recommend over and over again.

Overall amazing stay . Accommodating, friendly fun staff . They gave great food recommendations and made me feel like I was home away from home . Totally staying again when I come back in the summer !

Great stay. Nice amenities. Only downfall was the flooring n the room was really messed up so if not careful could get injured.
