We had a lovely time! Went to the Cubs game and this was a great place to stay within walking distance to Wrigley. We were able to check in early and the parking situation was great as well. It was a little pricey but for the location and special occasion, we decided to splurge. This is an older building but we found it nice. I know some people complain about the wallpaper, carpeting ect but this is not a chain and it is exactly what we expected. We will stay here again next time we go to Wrigley.

Negatives: definitely needs some updates, it is starting to show its age. Wallpaper was peeling, carpet had a few large stains, and the shower was slow draining.
Positives: Bed was comfortable, plenty of space, quiet, AC worked well, location.
I've stayed here 3 or 4 times, it's best feature by far is location. 15 min walk to Wrigley, 45-60 mins to Lincoln Park. Free parking in the surrounding neighborhood if you are willing to walk a few blocks north or if you get lucky along Lake Shore Dr.

Super comfortable beds and bedding. A+ for us The front desk employees were very nice and helpful. Recommended the best breakfast spots. The only negative would be the hotel could use new flooring, just some updating. Would recommend and stay there again. Also just Uber or walk, we rented a large suv and had to park a couple of blocks away. With the cost it would had been more reasonable to Uber.

This is a small, quaint hotel in an old Chicago building that is full of character. Friendly staff and very clean. It is in a nice, residential area walking distance to Wrigleyville and basically across the street from Lake Michigan. We walked the lakefront with coffee in the morning and caught a game at night. A great boutique hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Location: Perfect 10/10 easy to access from Airport blue line train. Easy to reach city attractions by means of buses, metro, or plain walk. Check-in & out: The lady at reception was at first glance a little bit annoying, other than that smooth and quick 8/10. For Hilton honors guest there is a complimentary water bottle etc. Personnel: Overall kind and helpful 8/10 Room: Large enough and comfortable. A/C works well. Cleaning was ok 9/10. Security: 10/10 Breakfast: We liked it, a little bit better than American standards, however there is a room for improvement 7/10 Overall: our experience was 8/10 and we may consider staying in this hotel again on our future trips to Chicago.

One night stay for a show in Uptown. Older building remodeled to a hotel. Room was small and clean. The room had an excellent beverage cache in the room's refrigerator at reasonable prices. Parking was secure, indoors and relatively inexpensive too.
