call ti get water service twice they said they will bring it. but they have never brought it.

I have stayed here many times. The location is wonderful. Streeterville is a favorite of mine. The staff are truly helpful and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. I will be returning.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to most of the famous attractions in the city center. Navy Pier is a half-hour walk and the Hancock Building is a ten-minute walk. It is located in the Magnificent Mile area and is directly opposite the Four Seasons Hotel.

Service: The Kirei restaurant on the first floor is convenient for dining and has rich food. During our stay, we received a 50% discount on meals with our room card.
