Nice hotel- they do a good job on the Globalist recognition, as they’ve been quick to offer a suite when one is available (which i appreciate). I’ve stayed here several times, and while not having the restaurant is inconvenient, I’ll look forward to the new restaurant going in. I’m a big Hyatt loyalist and like staying at the Thompson when in Chicago.

The bathroom was dirty, cheap one ply toilet paper, dimly lit, no refrigerator, not what I was expecting of a suite in that price range.
