If you are traveling to Chicago and want to stay on the “Gold Coast” Michigan Avenue area, there is only one place you should consider…. The OMNI CHICAGO. Yup… it beats the Peninsula, Ritz, & Four Seasons hands down. The OMNI is better located, safer, cleaner, has comparable rooms to the other hotels and most important… Has a far superior Door, Desk, Housekeeping and Bar Staff. Tried all the area hotels over the last few decades… OMNI definitely is the way to go. JCC

Room quality doesn't receive 4 star. Carpeting cuts and leaks from hot water faucets unexpected. Bar food instead of full co**** meal for evening meal on Saturday disappointing.!!! Will consider different hotel next visit.

From our arrival to check out the stay was great. The front desk staff and restaurant personnel were friendly and helpful. The room was great, clean and very comfortable. A fantastic value and we will be back.

I didnt like that the pool was not ready. I liked that it was around everything shopping. The food was good. The people were excellent. 5*****
