I am so happy with my stay at the Hyatt House over Mother's Day weekend. The staff were helpful and friendly, and my room was amazing. My only complaint is that I only booked for 1 night! Next time I will stay a few days more!

Stayed here for work with high expectations given my previous stay early 2023 which felt classy, clean and comfortable--the staff at the hotel seemed much more invested in my experience. However, I will not be coming back after my experience a couple weeks ago. I waited to check in for 30 minutes, front desk was horrible customer service and seemed annoyed that I arrived, and once I finally got to my room, it was not clean - still trash from previous guest. Went to the bar for dinner & waited 15 minutes before I was greeted with one other person at the bar. The experience was not hospitable and I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me

the Hyatt West Loop was incredibly comfortable, my room was spacious and really nice with lots of amenities (stove, fridge, microwave, plates silverware, dishwasher). And the Gym was outstanding! The rooftop patio has incredible views of the city skyline.
