When we first got out room, it was slept in, dirty, never got cleaned. Then when we got our second room they gave us a $40 credit which to me was not enough. And the second room was clean. It was a fine stay. I don’t know if I would stay there again but maybe.

We visited Chicago for our ten year anniversary and the Hyatt was the perfect home base for us. Just a few blocks from the red line and the mag mile we loved how easy it was to walk to our favorite spots! The only reason for the decrease in sleep quality is because you are right next to the fire station so there’s that noise but honestly you hear the city and sirens anywhere you stay!

My 2nd time staying at this place. Still a great hotel 7 yrs later. The location is in the great River north area of Chicago. I chose to stay here again because it was easy place to get the bus, l train . The rooms are spacious and always clean. I will plan my 3rd stay soon

Solid hotel downtown with a fair walking distance to the pier and attractions north of the river. Breakfast was good, rooms and general areas were clean, staff was helpful and in good supply. Definitely would come back next time I'm in Chicago!

Mai dormito peggio nella mia vita. Una notte infernale a cause della presenza della stazione dei pompieri sotto la mia camera, con le sirene ad un volume allucinante che partono tutta la notte. E se non bastasse, c’è anche una discoteca rap, che spara musica insopportabile a volumi pazzeschi in modo intermittente, e grosse moto dei frequentatori della discoteca che vanno e vengono fino alle 4 di mattina. La camera non è insonorizzata, di conseguenza abbiamo fatto la notte in bianco in compagnia di questi rumori altissimi. Per il resto l’hotel sarebbe accettabile, ma questi elementi strutturali lo rendono a mio avviso inutilizzabile.
