We were here for a long weekend and had a good experience. Breakfast was served in the restaurant attached and it was very convenient and a great option to have. Was contacted a few times throughout our stay by staff to ensure we were well and all needs were met. The rooms were a little more dated compared to other Hyatt Places I’ve stayed at, but still clean! We always enjoy a stay with Hyatt

Good location. Basic comfort. Functional. Very clean. Decoration is old fashioned and would need to be updated. Breakfast is really basic and has no taste served in paper plates n plastic cutlery. Worth only if paying a cheap price.

Can't beat the location, but it's right across the fire station so if you are a light sleeper this might be a deal breaker. The fire truck alarms go off 1-2 times during the night. They do provide white noise machine but we were on the 4th floor so that hardly covers the noise. The breakfast was decent.

The hotel is the heart of the down town area. The traffic situation is very poor. Be prepared to spend a lot of time waiting in the traffic.

We so enjoy this hotel for many reasons!!! Front desk staff is great while valet is timely with a text noting where they are in the process of getting my car. The rooms are spacious, clean and wonderful. The breakfast is excellent with staff all around to smile and clean up tables/ restock food items. The location is super with the ability to walk anywhere. It’s a five star for us!

I have been to many hotels in the area and this was my favorite and new go to hotel. The staff was great. Loved the location, breakfast was very nice. I really enjoyed my stay.
