Selected for location but quality of services for that price is terrible. Very basic room, cleaning /fresh towels only on request, laundry delivery/collection at front desk!? Used to different service for that price!

My husband and I stayed here for our last two nights in Chicago and I wish we had been there longer! The hotel is in a great location and we could easily walk to great restaurants and coffee shops. The room itself was comfortable and lobby bar was activated! We would definitely stay here again.

Big problem fix lighting that is not working and make it brighter in the room. Putting another roll of toilet paper for guests would be nice.

Oh wow, I hadn’t been in the lobby 2 minutes before I was greeted by both Charita and Chris with some awesome energy. That same energy seemed to permeate throughout the entire hotel. That was more than what I needed to know my stay was gonna be great and that I definitely needed to return. They even had an art show happening at hat evening.

Charita was welcoming and charismatic when we booked our room. She was an amazing host. I can tell from my encounter with Charita she absolutely loves what she does! I will be booking here each and everytime I visit chicago. SHE NEEDS A PROMOTION!

The ambiance was great with a great lobby bar, rooftop bar, and event a basement bar. There is almost no reason to leave this place. They also have a great work space on the second and third floors. Great place to take an online meeting. Bring your headphones. I would definitely recommend the Hoxton to anyone.
