Great location. Stayed there for a concert at United Center.

I live on the 6th floor and the view is okay. The twin bed is relatively large and can sleep two people. The twin room has a bay window. The hotel is about ten minutes' drive from Hancock Exhibition Hall, which is more suitable for business trips.

It's a bit far from the city center, about 15-20 minutes by car, but the hotel service is very good and the room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is okay but not very varied.

This is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From location to friendliness this place just can’t be beat. The staff is always amazing, parking is simple, it’s spacious, and super clean.

Hotel's location is practical to visit downtown, the museum and to go to the suburbs. The parking on site and the fee are a great plus. Breakfast was nice. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended this place to friends.

It is a beautiful facility. The room was probably cleaned in a rush and could have been a little cleaner (sticky bbq sauce on remote and table in room.

This is by far my favorite hotel in Chicago. Perfectly clean every time. Comfortable. Quiet (even when it’s busy - the building cancels out sound very well) I’ve stayed here 5 times and will keep coming back!

The hotel is very nice, spacious. Comfy beds. Courteous staff. We stayed there to be close to the United Center. Would stay there again.

The hotel was awesome. Converting the old hospital into an hotel gave it an unique feeling. I would definitely stay there again.
