The rooms are super clean, and the location is right by everything, from bars, restaurants, the river walk. Also, the hotel staff was phenomenal. We need help with a friend and they assisted us without any complaints, and told us to reach out if we needed anything else.

Luigi and Sydney were amazing at check-in. Sydney was in training and did an excellent job with the check in process.They both demonstrated great customer service. Highly recommend this hotel for business or personal travel. All services received were stellar.

Ask for Michael Ortiz!!!!!! Best Waiter there and made such a special experience for my sister who was celebrating her bachelorette. He was attentive and great! Drinks are great and apps were also great! Aperol Sprtiz was good! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!

Came for a work bachelorette and had the best service from Michael Ortiz! He was so friendly and thoughtful and made our entire party feel special. We had delicious appetizers and drinks. Get the espresso martini with reposado tequila! Thank you Michael!

Michael Ortiz was such an amazing server!!!!! The industry needs more servers like him! He made us feel so fun on our Bach trip! We had 3 brides in our group and he made each one feel special. Thank you so much Michael we love you! Get the espresso martini with reposado and spinakopata!
