Everyone we dealt with was super friendly and the property was very convenient to Loyola and transportation. Lots of stores and restaurants close and a wonderful included breakfast.

Nice hotel in great location especially for Loyola. Comfortable beds & very clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast is your usual standard fare for hotels. Does have a small bar in lobby. Disappointed though that we had 4 rooms for family coming in from different states for Graduation & even though reservations were made way in advance, all 4 of our rooms were on different floors. Made it so inconvenient. Also surprised that the in-room coffee maker was a cheap version found in low budget motels & that the hotel provides no cups of any kind in the bathroom (brush teeth, take meds) or with the icebucket. What good is the icebucket without any cups?? We had to ask for plastic cups from housekeeping. When you pay $400.00 plus per night for a room, a few simple amenities would be nice.
