The hotel is very nice. The staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast was very good. If you need something, the robot will bring it to your bedroom. Laundry service was good and fast. Enjoyed the stay and I will recommend it to others.

Would not recommend staying at this hotel. Design is cute and seems to have a relatively lower cost similar to others in same category. Unfortunately, heat did not work well (took an entire night to get to high 60s/low 70s despite being on max and their engineer checking on the issue twice) and the shower pressure is extremely poor, which is probably the thing I care most about :( I also ended up keeping my blinds closed for the sake of privacy as the view for my room was ugly (just faced another tall building, even on a high/upgraded floor) and others could easily see in. Btw this was the king room on this site. I paid around $145. I don’t think I got a particularly poor room as I have an elite Marriott status that qualifies me for free upgrades, and the hotel was relatively empty on the day I stayed. Usually I don’t care much about quality of customer service, but it was overall quite poor on numerous issues, with the exception being the person who checked me in (she was quite stellar). But yeah would not stay in this hotel again if visiting Chicago.

The experience was great. The service was pretty good. The sheets and pillowcases had makeup stains, was not happy about that! Also, animal friendly, not sure if they separate rooms just for owners and animals. Or if they mix them!

Great experience at this hotel as always! Aubrey, Gwen, and Gabrielle were so kind. I also enjoyed a great breakfast in The Albert restaurant on property - the lemon ricotta pancakes are a 10/10!! The rooms are quite modern, clean, and fun which I really like. Extremely comfortable beds as well.

I enjoyed this hotel very much! Food and service in Albert Restaurant by Chris. Front desk with Destiny, Gwen, Trinity, Davey. Aubrey greeted with a warm and helpful attitude every day!! Hotel is modern, quiet, clean and in a great location!!

The hotel is amazing. It is especially a great place to stay if you’re going as a couple. My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the hotel staff, room service robots, and valet parking. The vibes are definitely giving at this property.
