酒店整體服務態度不錯，但是熨燙把我衣服燙壞了。餐飲我個人認為衹有在行政酒廊裏面的小食好吃，酒店內部的餐廳味道一般，下午茶真的很難吃。

I want to bring to your attention some issues I had during my recent stay at the hotel. I had requested a special room set up for my wedding night, but it wasn't completed. There were also other smaller issues that I won't mention. The major problem, however, was during my check-out, which took me 2 1/2 hours to complete. I understand that it was a holiday weekend and the hotel was fully booked, but it was still very inconvenient for me. I had expected someone from the staff to follow up with me and apologize, but it's been three days and I haven't received any communication. I hope my feedback helps to improve the overall experience for future guests.

A fantastic 5 star hotel in an excellent location. Awesome, attentive service at every turn. The Club is worth every penny for its food and drink all day. Plus the view from the Club is great. A very modern hotel...not sure how old it is, but it seems very modern. The guest rooms are very good sized for a downtown hotel. The only negative, particularly given the good size of the rooms, is a lack of storage space for clothes. Only one effective drawer, for a couple staying 4 nights, plus hanging space. We left about a third of our stuff in our suitcases.

The Langham, Chicago is without doubt one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The service, quality, and kindness of the staff is beyond reproach. I was the recipient of a generous room upgrade and it really made for a special, once in a lifetime kind of experience. The decor and design of the hotel is quite sophisticated, and a cut above the usual five star hotel in that realm. The real standout from our stay though was the quality of the people on staff that made our stay so wonderful. The location of the hotel serves as a perfect home base for any Chicago adventure! The hotel is formal but I believe it would be quite welcoming to diverse needs, including those traveling for business, pleasure, or with children. I am so looking forward to my next stay at the Langham, Chicago!

A downgrade was reported as an upgrade- charged the upgrade fee anyway. I guess they thought I didn’t know the difference.
