It is a super hotel, large room with large bathroom.
Friendly staff and the location is great.
We had a corner room so that made it absolutely great.
We had breakfast at Meli and that was also fine, not over the top, simple but tasty.
If we go again we would love to come again.

Excelent staff in a cozy hotel. The rooms are quiete big, the restroom is also big and confortable, with a good shower with glass doors. It is located near restaurants and the subway station is only 200 meters far. I do recommend this frlindly hotel in Chicago.SHOWTIME is a member of the staff who makes the difference...

The hot water in the very nice shower to come on and the toilet had some
Flushing issues. But I will be back to this cozy gem.

The staff here was amazing! Everyone was kind and accommodating. We loved the hotel overall, only downside is it was $50 a day for valet parking but that is pretty much the standard at any hotel in Chicago. Although pricey, the valet experience was great! Never waited long for our car to be brought around and it was nice to not have to worry about parking when arriving back to the hotel, as we did come and go pretty frequently.
