Clean, and great location! Whole Foods across the street, and subway station a block away. Would definitely come back again. As someone that usually books hotels, it was nice to have an experience with Kasa that includes a kitchen, very convenient for trying to save money on meals.

This was a great location...walking distance to everything. We felt very safe, loved having parking connected to the building even if we had to pay extra for it. Very clean apartment! Clear communication, staff gave good instructions when we arrived at the property. Washer and dryer were nice to have as well! We would definitely stay here again!

We were excited about having a balcony and more kitchen space but the lack of updates and cleanliness was disappointing. The place could use a deep clean and some fresh paint definitely. Loved the view but wouldn’t stay again for the price.

The perfect spot for your Chicago stay!! This apartment has everything you need. The kitchen is so efficient, all the appliances are full size so it made cooking easy for eat-in meals. A small washer and dryer is available for keeping your laundry basket empty. The space was quite clean and was stocked with cleaning supplies to keep it that way. The location is in the heart of the city. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Whole Foods is only a block away to fill your refrigerator. There are so many good restaurants with a range of prices to choose from. The price was competitive to many of the hotels I inquired about yet lacked all that came with an apartment style space.

I travel extensively for long term stays - accommodations were fantastic - very clean, large living spaces & full kitchen which is necessary for my circumstances - on site staff were vere friendly & helpful at all times

I got in late Sunday and was concerned if the code wouldn't work. Honestly, was so simple and great. There was someone at the desk that told me about the key fab which was helpful otherwise I don't know if I would've known. The building was super clean and the room was perfect. Definitely going to keep staying here on my business trips as it feels more personal than a cramped hotel room.

Excellent property, set out tastefully and with all essentials provided.
Any queries were answered promptly by friendly and efficient staff.
Check-in and check-out processes were simple and easy, especially as I arrived late in the evening.
I would definitely choose to stay here again if coming back to Chicago in the future.
