A greatly designed hotel. Location is a little bit far from the downtown area, but really close to a metro station.

I've lived there before, and it's close to my friend's house, so I ordered this wine. It turned out to be a room 210 near the train tracks, alas! I didn't sleep well for 2 nights! I will not be sure in the future.

Tax has already been charged at the time of booking. After arriving at the scene, I was asked to sign and a form. Without a signature, there is no way to check in. The content on the list is a bunch of unreasonable taxes and fees, which are not indicated on the third-party booking website or their own website. Plus a resort fee of nearly $50 a day. Although this is written on the website, the prices above are exclusive of tax. They charge nearly 18% in taxes. Also there is absolutely no website offering four drinks per room per night. The bar was completely empty. After adding tax on trip.com, the amount displayed was USD 330, and I was charged nearly USD 500 in total.
If you don't want to be charged a lot of unreasonable money, please don't come to this hotel.

What really turned off about this hotel are hidden fees. They advertised their at $60 per night but with resort fee and property fee it more than doubles the price. In my opinion they have a high deposit fee $125 for really nothing. My room was literally right next to the Brown line train which is very noisy. The had a very tiny desk in an awkward location which made it impossible to get any work done. The staff was kind of rude when questioned them on why they photo copied my id and credit together. If i would have know this first i would have chosen another plan.

When I arrived to the hotel I realized there were hidden fees that I was not prepared to pay. The room was too small, and there was not a wardrobe or dresser to keep our things

Had a little trouble locating the hotel. From the outside it looked more like a cafe than a hotel and there was nowhere to temporarily park to check in. Once inside it was beautiful. Staff was helpful, all spaces were clean and inviting. Having no desk staff in the morning during normal check out was not displayed well. There was only a business card on the counter. Another patron had been waiting there for awhile when we walked thru around 8am and sat to continue to wait. I realized as we drove out of town no one would be at the desk until 10 and felt awful I had no way to share the information with the other patron.

Couldn't check in, because I got there after 11pm and ******* wouldn't give me a refund even though it's not on their site that you couldn't in hotel after a certain time
