호텔 본관과 숙소가 있는 별관 사이 거리가 꽤 멀다는 것이 단점입니다.
식사 친절함 모두 만족스러웠으며, 치치부역과의 거리는 먼 편입니다.
호텔은 언덕 위에 있어서 보이는 뷰가 멋있습니다.

一生リピはないです。ホームページと好意的な口コミに騙されて、大切な時間をお金を無駄にしないようにしましょう。 まず、別館が酷く汚く、お風呂から遠いので、部屋につくころには身体が冷え切っています。！！！！温泉の水は汚く、髪の毛が大量に浮いています。温泉自体もひどく小さい…。 美味しとい口込みが書かれていた料理はどれもこれも冷え切っていて、カチカチ。 揚げて時間が経過した天ぷら、真っ赤なロスビーフは誰も手を付けていませんでした。 カレーは辛すぎて、一口で辞めました。数え上げたらきりがないほど、ひどい所だらけです。 結論として3万数千円も出して、あの部屋、あの温泉、あの食事は「ぼりすぎ」というものです。心底、後悔しました。 企業努力を求めたいです！

別館5階のメゾネットタイプの部屋に夫婦で宿泊しました。 温泉は広くはないですが、露天風呂もあり眺望が楽しめました。 食事は朝晩ともビュッフェでしたが、野菜のお料理が沢山あり、健康的な気分になりました。もちろんお肉料理もあります。 お部屋は、正直なところ外観は古く、がっかりなところもありましたが、トイレやお風呂を含めた室内はリフォームしたばかりのようで、とても清潔でした。 メゾネットでしたが各フロアにベッドが2台づつありました。（二人で使用したので下のフロアのベッドのみ使用しました。） 大きい窓がついており眺望は抜群でしたが、この猛暑ですので午後は西日で部屋がかなり暑くなりました。もちろん各フロアに新しいエアコンがありますので快適に設定できます。 上のフロアからはバルコニーにでることができ、星空を眺望できます。ただ今回は暑くて窓越しで眺めていました。 ホテルまでは西武秩父駅に迎えに来ていただき、翌朝は秩父鉄道秩父駅まで送っていただきました。 自然に囲まれた環境でのんびりできて良かったです。 特に野菜料理好きな方にはお勧め致します。

どこの口コミにも別館はよろしくないとの話が多い。最近、内装だけはリノベして小綺麗な室内だとの事。連絡通路の移動がどの程度なのか‥。実際に見たところ坂道。別館の入口までが100m程度。プラス部屋までの道のりがある。 本館は2名利用だと最低でも計1万円ほど高い。特に夏のハイシーズン料金なので思案していたが県民割と予約サイトのクーポンが併用できたので半額程度で本館に泊まる事ができた。 本館和室は普通の少し前時代の温泉ホテル仕様。 ホテル自体が高台にあり秩父の街を遥かに見下ろす。部屋露天付きもあるが沸かし湯なので温泉好きとしては魅力を感じなかった。大浴場は両神からの運び湯で収容人数に対しては小さめ。ハイシーズンは常に人、人‥。 食事は会席コースも選択できるがバイキングがメインでそれで充分と思い選択。 農園ホテルの名前通り野菜中心ヘルシーメニュー。ローストビーフ、タンドリーチキン、豚カルビ、刺身などもあったが本来の料金から考えると物足りない感じがした。野菜は併設の畑から‥のコンセプトだが全部じゃないよねぇ。と、言った感。季節によるだろうがフルーツは輸入物が多かった。 スタッフの対応はとても丁寧。 夏休み中なので平日でもファミリー層多し。レストランの席など案内する人のセンスもある様だがお子様連れ、三世代家族が眺望の良い席になる確立高い。 今回、破格で泊めていただいたので文句なし。

比較的お財布にやさしい。建物も別館は古いが中はきれい。食事もバイキングだったが秩父の野菜なども出されていた。ただ風呂上がりに牛乳、ということはできない

クチコミが、賛否両論で そんなに期待はしていなかったけど... 満足度高かったです。 ◎気に入った点 ・正月利用だった為、ホテル自体がライトアップしていた（子どもがライトアップ好き） ・お風呂がちょうど良い大きさで、露天と内風呂がある。露天はぬる湯で長く入れる。 ・秩父駅近で利便性も良い中、高台に位しているので、シチェーションもまずまず。 ・夜景が一望できる（レストラン、大浴場、部屋から） ・部屋にベランダがあった（タバコもこっそりすえる） ・食事はブュッフェなので、色々食べようとせず、ポイントを絞れば十分美味しくいただけた。 リーズナブルにちょっと息抜きしたい時などに利用すると良さそうです。 お洒落なホテルや一流ホテルのサービスを求める方には向いてないかなぁ...。 日常使いのイメージです。
