"I chose this inn because it's a long-established hot spring inn, and the building had a very charming atmosphere. The bath water was soothing, and I was able to relax and enjoy it. Breakfast was also enjoyable, with a variety of small dishes. This time, I booked a standard room, so it was on the second floor. When I opened the window, all I could see was roofs!? I had expected the inn to be closer to a forest or river, since it was described as being away from the town center, but it seems I was wrong. (Perhaps the rooms with open-air baths on the first floor are different?) Nevertheless, it was quiet at night, and the starry sky from the open-air bath was beautiful. I would definitely like to stay there again if I have the opportunity."

"Due to some technical issue, I didn't receive my room number and key number via email. I tried calling the phone number listed upon arrival to confirm, but couldn't get through at all, leaving me waiting outside the hotel for over an hour. I finally found an alternative contact number on another website and was able to get in, but the person who called me was incredibly unhelpful. I even had to cancel my planned dinner, making for a terrible start to my stay. The room itself was clean and satisfactory, which makes the poor service all the more regrettable."

"We enjoyed a night in a cottage and a BBQ in a location rich in nature. The food grilled over charcoal was delicious in the quiet atmosphere surrounded by trees, and we had a luxurious time. The cottage was warm and comfortable at night. I think this is a facility that even first-time campers can use with confidence."
