Unlike commercial facilities, this is a privately owned establishment, but there is a sense of style and attention to detail everywhere, and you can feel the efforts of the company. The sink, mirror in the bathroom, and body soap were especially good."

"Highly recommend! We had 2 rooms, one with a private bath, the other was the special room on the 6th floor. The special room appeared to have the original materials and fixtures, which we appreciate. Everything was maintained very well. If I could suggest one thing, it would be having the carpet replaced in the room, as well as in the public spaces. Breakfast had a good variety of western and Japanese foods. The fixed course dinner was exceptional, from the presentation to the taste. One memorable experience for us was the table tennis. Our whole family had such a good time! Last but not least, the service was top-notch. From the moment we stepped in the hotel, Kitabori was there to welcome us and ensured that we had everything we needed. His professionalism and attention to details truly enhanced our stay! We would definitely stay there again."

"There will be no repeats in my life. Don't be fooled by the homepage and positive reviews and waste your precious time and money. First of all, the annex was extremely dirty and far from the bathroom, so by the time I got to my room I was completely cold. ! ! ! ! The hot spring water is dirty and there is a lot of floating hair. The hot spring itself is extremely small... All the dishes that were described as delicious were completely cold and crunchy. No one touched the tempura, which had been fried for a long time, and the red roast beef. The curry was so spicy that I quit after one bite. There are so many terrible places that I can't count them all. In conclusion, spending over 30,000 yen, that room, that hot spring, and that meal was "too much". I deeply regret it. I would like to see corporate efforts!"

"I stayed here for one night on the 30th of April. The staff was incredibly nice and they even offered us drinks on arrival. The inn is beautiful and located right near the river, and also quite close to Chichibu (5 min by car). As for the main part, the onsen, it was incredible. Inner and outer baths both at the perfect temperature, especially the outer one being a bit warmer to counter the outside cooler temperature. The atmosphere was great both inside and outside. I am very happy with my stay and would come again!"

"The open-air bath was amazing!! The room was clean, and the staff at the inn were very kind. I would love to come back! I was worried because I had read reviews saying the portions were small, but there was enough for two people to be full, and it was delicious! There was also a private bath available, so it was a really great inn!! Thank you very much! The walk from the station involves a bit of a steep uphill climb, but it was totally walkable. There were cherry blossoms blooming everywhere along the way, which was beautiful and enjoyable. I highly recommend it!"

"The hotel we stayed at was located in a remote area, so it was a little difficult to find. The parking lot was small, but we managed to park. There was no waiting time at the front desk, and the process was completed quickly. The food for dinner was also local, and we enjoyed the atmosphere of Chichibu, Saitama by drinking local sake. There was a large public bath and a sauna, so I was able to relax. It was nice to have a semi open-air bath. Breakfast is a buffet, and if you don't go early, there may not be food available. The venue is small, so you won't be able to take your time."
