來到了秩父，想要享受温泉，於是入住了木テ兒美やま 從酒店到秩父鐵道秩父站或者西武秩父站都有一小時一班的送迎bus 房間為桔梗，很寬敞 非常可惜的是，露天澡堂不是温泉水，只有大澡堂是用的温泉水 晚餐感覺有些無趣，埼玉縣不臨海，所以海鮮不太好吃，甚至還有魔芋刺身在充數，也許可以在肉類上加強!! 我很喜歡聊天，但在這裏沒有很體會到工作人員的服務，總感覺對別的旅客比對我更加熱情。比如對某兩位客人就幫他們提着包介紹到房間….希望是我的錯覺。 武蔵國の埼玉で1日を過ごしました! 秩父に來て温泉を楽しみたくて、ホテル美やまに宿泊しました。 泊まったお部屋は「桔梗」というお部屋で、とても広々としていました。 ただ、少し殘念だったのは、露天風呂が温泉ではなく普通のお湯だったことです。温泉水を使っているのは大浴場だけでした。 タ食は少し物足りない感じがしました。埼玉県は海なし県だからか、海鮮の味はイマイチでしたし、こんにやくの刺身が出てきてちょっと量稼ぎっばい印象も……。その分、肉料理をもっと充実させてほしいなと思いました!スタッフさんのサ一ビスについてですが、普段私はおしやベりが好きなのに、ここではあまり交流を感じられなかったのが少し殘念でした。また、他のお客さんヘの対応の方が丁寧に見えたのも気になりました。例えば、あるお二人の宿泊客には荷物を持って部屋まで案內していたようで……。きっと気のせいだと信じたいです!

Due to some technical issue, I didn't receive my room number and key number via email. I tried calling the phone number listed upon arrival to confirm, but couldn't get through at all, leaving me waiting outside the hotel for over an hour. I finally found an alternative contact number on another website and was able to get in, but the person who called me was incredibly unhelpful. I even had to cancel my planned dinner, making for a terrible start to my stay. The room itself was clean and satisfactory, which makes the poor service all the more regrettable.

We enjoyed the cottage night and BBQ in a naturally rich location. In a quiet atmosphere surrounded by wood 々, the charcoal-grilled dishes are really delicious and you can spend a luxurious time. The cottage is warm and comfortable at night. I think it is a facility that can be used with peace of mind even for people who are new to camping.
