Hotel Diamond was very quiet, quaint. We had films at Laxson Stadium so it was a short five minute walk for us. Our bikes were safe in the parking area; we took several rides into Bidwell Park. Don't miss the brunch at The Grill or at Mom's around the corner. Both fabulous!

The Hotel Diamond is just a lovely landing spot in the center of town. Friendly and quaint, with comfortable beds and clean, nicely appointed rooms. One thing to note, the air system is quite loud, and was positioned right above our bed. Oddly, despite being concerned about it, my husband and I both slept really well with that white noise, so can't complain.

This is a lovely hotel. The front desk attendants were polite and well trained, the hotel was very clean and taken care of, the location was ideal, parking free and safe and it was lovely to have a simple yet sufficient breakfast included. I was pleased on all accounts. Thank you.

Nice room, clean, comfortable; one of those great old buildings that has been renovated with excellent results; great restaurant and lounge; friendly staff. Would return anytime I’m in the area. Easy online check in and check out. Nice amenities.

It's a beautiful old hotel and lovingly renovated. Breakfast was yummy but only included for 2 of the 4 people staying in our room which seemed a bit of a bummer really, and we had not been informed of that in our reservation. And we were there on Christmas Day so I might have...I mean I really might have, if I were the hotel, included the 2 others as a Merry Christmas, no? Oh well, lost opportunity but no big deal as Starbucks was right down the street for the two who didn't get to eat. Rooms are small, but beds are great, so quiet inside we hardly knew anyone else was there. We did not use the garage parking because of the holiday you could park right on the street. Pleasant service, great place.

Nice and clean. The staff was super nice and helpful. Cannot say enough good things about our stay. The hotel is situated downtown which makes it close to good food and excellent shopping. Our room was quiet with lots of light. Highly recommend.
