Diamond Hotel

My wife and I love Hotel Diamond! Our room, our breakfast, and all of the staff were amazing. Our room was beautiful and provided everything we needed. The staff was friendly and efficient and did everything possible for us during our stay. Our breakfasts exceeded our expectation. Top quality food and service. We look forward to returning next year!

Great location. Great staff, lovely breakfast. Sheets were a bit thin and sink space small but overall excellent stay!

Cute hotel with great breakfast option and nice staff. Downside - beds are much to firm and was a terrible sleeping experience. 5am noises from the alleyway or nearby. Not sure if it was deliveries or what but it was loud and very disruptive for a 5am wakeup call. Unfortunately, I will not stay here again based on lack of sleep and discomfort.

Rooms are all different. Nicely appointed. Communication pre arrival excellent. They are very clear on check in and out policies. If you would like early check in or late check out you will pay a fee. Even an hour either way. Although I appreciate the communication on the policy, not what I am used to when staying at a hotel. Great things about the hotel. It came with 2 $15 off coupons at the restaurant per day. Clean. Room service daily in your room. Coffee in your room. Small Fridge in room. Complimentary parking right next door. Meh things. No bell man/woman. If you are disabled this could be difficult so be sure to check with the front desk on options if you require extra help. I didn’t like the check in and out policy. The rooms were $239/nt. Give me a few extra minutes to get out with no stress about extra fees. All rooms are different. My son mother and I all had the same type of room. My bathroom was small, no tub just a shower and commode. Mom’s room was similar but larger bath with shower over tub. Her sink was in the bathroom. Mine was outside the bathroom. Son had an ADA room.

Loved the service at the front desk, the Grill was good, with their Happy Hour. Location was a plus!

Very nice older hotel breakfast had very few option. Service was good but room 206 right near the elevator was very loud and hard to sleep not only hearing guests but employees all night.

It is a beautiful hotel, and they were very accommodating and nice.

Hotel Diamond was very quiet, quaint. We had films at Laxson Stadium so it was a short five minute walk for us. Our bikes were safe in the parking area; we took several rides into Bidwell Park. Don't miss the brunch at The Grill or at Mom's around the corner. Both fabulous!
