My favorite thing about this hotel is the consistency and then the staff, I stay here every week for work related reasons and theyve always been very kind and hospitable. Cj in particular has been sweet and congratulated my boyfriend and I on our 2nd anniversary. :)

Overall good location, clean rooms. Be aware if your getting a suite the temperature cannot be controlled for both room area and if the doors are closed one room is freezing and the other so hot. Also, you will likely need to request additional towels, you only get two. All of these things probably deserve a 2 star rating, however, Erica at the front desk bumps the stars up. She is genuine, helpful, empathetic and solves every issue with ease. She is an asset to this hotel so I will be back.

Quiet & just off the freeway. Lots of restaurants & shopping within walking distance. Our room was an interesting layout. Sink/vanity to the left of door and shower/toilet to the right (love it when they are separate like that). The bed & tv were next, followed by a sitting area with tv that you could close off with sliding doors ( nice area for kids?!). We did think the facility was a bit dated and in need of some maintenance. Breakfast area had a cook who made to order pancakes & omelettes (in addition to usual breakfast fare). Our only big complaint was the bathroom door, which squeaked something fierce. We mentioned it to Emily, at the front desk. I tell you what, Emily is going places! She was SO NICE. In my book, she made our stay with just the 5 minute interaction! Thank you Emily!
