Very good, OK.

The hotel is very well located, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and they have plenty of room in the hall if you want to work with your colleagues. On the downside, the room could have a better illumination and the breakfast could be better, especially the scrambled eggs. However, it is still a good option if you want to stay there for a few days on a business trip.

We feel at home, the room that has been assigned to us very spacious (309), the AyB service very good and varied, the room service and maintenance (we occupy it for a smelled bar) very efficient, the facilities and cleaning of the hotel very well, the reception boys super attentive and is that the hotel was 100% occupied, Thanks for your hospitality

It's an okay hotel, quite a bit dated and would desperately need some refurbishment - but good enough for a quick one night stay. The location is a bit out of the city, far from most restaurants / malls but there's free parking included in a private garage.

From a person who just told me he was called Rufina a very poor and zero professionalism attention from his side. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. Unfortunately, I have many years of being a partner and now platinum and I was very disappointed by this visit. And finally, I was wake up at 8 a.m. for a plate that I had previously requested saying Rufina that a guest was urging him , where I mentioned that I didn't think it was right that they would wake me at that time only for that matter having a plate I really expect and you will answer my complaint.

It’s a little expensive, I haven’t eaten breakfast yet, everything else is fine.

Stayed for a couple of nights here and it was pretty decent, particularly for the cost. As a large hotel it doesn't have a very personal touch but staff are friendly enough so not much to complain about. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and I had a nice city view. That said, the pillows are cheap and not particularly comfortable. The shower was great - hot and good pressure. Perfect! There isn't a safe, which I'm finding to be the case in many Mexican hotels actually. Breakfast was pretty decent - with a very friendly person serving, which is nice in the morning! Also, the wifi regularly cut off throughout my stay. I had data so it wasn't too much of a problem for me, but otherwise it would have been a major issue! The hotel is very central - right by Plaza del Angel and only a 5 minute walk from the ATN bus station. Overall, it was fine.

Breakfast has Mexican rolls, or ham, too few types, completely unaccustomed to eating. Elevator maintenance can not be used, but fortunately there are three floors, the service staff is basically Spanish. There are schools nearby, playgrounds, shopping malls opposite, old-fashioned window sill air conditioning, loud sound.

I booked this hotel based off a couple photos, hoping it would be nice and that it really existed. To sum it up...WOW!!!! It’s about a year old as of Sept 2019. I think it’s about a 4.5 - 5 star boutique hotel. 11 classy comfy modern rooms. Huge marble bathrooms. Impeccable bedding. Mood lighting. The staff is the same as to what you would experience at a St. Regis or Ritz Carlton. The overall hotel reminds me of the Marriott Autograph Collection Boutique hotels I stayed at in Europe. If you’re not familiar, google it. It’s high end and for a more discerning traveler. The food is AMAZING. I’d give it 5 stars! The fine dining breakfast is included in the stay, which blows my mind. It’s so good I’d pay extra for it. It’s next to the big church so location is perfect. Its not on the street. It’s on the sidewalk so there’s no traffic in front of the entrance. There’s lounge music playing throughout the courtyards, hot tub, and lounge area upstairs. Lounge Beds upstairs are super comfortable. There’s a honesty bar on the roof with Moet, beer, water, etc. There’s also fresh soft blankets and great pillows to chill out on. There’s a view of the upper part of the church. Lots of beautiful plants around the hotel. There’s an additional indoor area, aside from the bar, that’s full of lovely seating arrangements. The dining room looks like something out of the Victorian era. And yes....the hot tub is great after a long day of sightseeing! The trolley picks up people like 30 seconds away to go on the city tour. That’s nice but it was easier for us to just walk or taxi. We walked to Pancho Villas house and the other popular mansion. Worth it! Went to the caves! Even though it’s in Spanish and we don’t speak it well, it’s still incredible and fun! Just some tips...a casual, modern open air restaurant to eat lunch with notable street tacos is around the corner. It’s called Sotolerios. And for live music I recommend 7 Leguas. Again, more modern and open air. Really popular so make reservations. Downstairs from 7 Leguas are multiple restaurants. Last night a huge professional mariachi band was playing for the restaurants. So many options. It’s safe there too! Also the photos don’t do it justice! Only allowed to upload 10 photos. There’s so many great photos of the hotel that I don’t know which ones to choose.

If you’re rolling through Chihuahua to the USA, may I suggest this pet friendly hotel right off the main highway. This old City Express got a nice facelift and renovation. Super clean and comfortable rooms with hardwood floors, soft sheets and good quality pillows. A full breakfast per person is included in your stay and is available at 6am. The pet fee is $500 pesos (approx $25 usd). Special thanks to Jesus, the manager at the time of our check in, who was helpful with some dinner suggestions and border crossing routes.
