The place itself is surrounded by such a greenery which keeps you secluded from the hustle bustle of urban life. I think it’s one of the best destinations to vouch for stay. Though had been outside but couldn’t hold on for long time and came back as it’s peaceful and serene and paradise for the naturalist as we could spot some 15 types of birds. Food at kurenji and kalyani is both awesome place to dine out and services are awesome. They could had welcomed the guest with tender coconut or some juice is my suggestion

firstly the hotel doesn't understand the concept of a suit...in the name of a suit u get a room equivalent to a hall no sofa only a double bed
then the television has no subscription for any channel u have to request the manager for subscription and if he feels like only then u get the access to the television,then if u ask for extra bed u get a broken bed,the manager was least cooperative and when we questioned the concept of suit the manager said it's a hotel's unique policy,paying for a hall with broken bed is bizzare,
the food offered was absolutely delicious that's the only plus point

My experience with my family at Vismita county was okay. The staff and the amenities were great but there were other residents who were creating a lot of noise which disturbed our staycation. Unfortunately the resort admin could also not do anything even though we requested for a room change.

I booked the villa with a plunge pool for three nights to stay with my wife, and our 3 year old daughter.
Positives:
1. Location: The resort is easy to locate and the road leading up to it is very good.
2. Ambience: The ambience of the property was serene. It is situated inside a coffee plantation. The place is very calm, peaceful, relaxing and we absolutely loved it.
Negatives:
1. Plunge pool is not temperature controlled. It was only mentioned to us after we checked in. Since the climate is cold, the water feels ice cold and it is impossible to get into the pool. We couldn't use it at all and it was a complete waste of money. I would recommend not to book this at all.
2. Pathetic customer service: For every request, you need to call them twice or thrice and wait for more than 30 minutes. Something as simple as sending water bottles would require at least 2 calls and wait time of 30 minutes. When we gave feedback voluntarily while checking out, the hotel staff hardly cared about it. All they said was, sorry we won't repeat again
3. Not kid friendly: We requested the chef personally to help with making two plain dosa for my 3 year old daughter. He just refused to do it. He asked us to wait till the next morning to get dosa. We had requested them to help with cleaning and sterilization of the feed bottles. Every time they returned the bottles with some sort of black stains.
4. Food: The options were limited, no flexibility at all, expensive and the quantity is too much.
