現地で料追加費用についての案内が不親切で、トラブルになった。 Trip.comでは大人3人、中学生と小学生の5人で予約し、食事は4人分との案内だったので、子供1人分の食事を追加でオーダーした。施設に着いたら、エージェントからエクスペディアで4人分の予約になってるとのことだったので、そもそも予約サイトが異なり、5人の予約になっていると予約画面を見せて確認した。 予約内容は了解したとのことで、追加の食事代がいくらかを確認したが、その時点で明確な返答がもらえず、チェックアウトの際に、そもそも食事のみの追加の設定がないため、1泊2食付きの正規料金（trip.com経由より高い金額）になるが、同じ料金でよい、とのこと。 いやいや、こちらは追加の子供の食事代の支払い程度で済むつもりが、その設定がなくて、却って高くなるのに、確認した時には回答せずにチェックアウトの際に伝えられて、最新の設備の施設というわけではないが、温泉も部屋も食事も満喫できただけに、不愉快な気分で宿をあとにすることになって残念だった。
