La atención del restaurante es pésima, los meseros no saben tomar la orden, solicite comida a la habitación y en la pizza había pelos y el mozo q atendía se notaba q no estaba capacitado para la atención al público, las habitaciones en mal estado, televisores q no sirven y no cuentan con un manager presente para q le brinde solución al problema, deje mi queja en el libro de reclamaciones y nunca recibí respuesta, jamás volvería pésima atención en general.

Este hotel es genial, en serio. Tiene una piscina increíble y la comida es simplemente deliciosa. Si necesitas un lugar para relajarte y escapar del bullicio, este es el indicado. Desde que llegas, te tratan súper bien, te hacen sentir como en casa. La piscina le da ese toque de diversión y frescura, y la comida es una verdadera maravilla. Si estás buscando un sitio para descansar y cargar baterías, este hotel es la opción perfecta, te lo digo sin dudarlo, 100% recomendado para una experiencia relajante y placentera.

El hotel es bonito, muy buena opción para ir en familia o pareja. El desayuno buffet que ofrecen no es completo (deberían de agregar jamón o hotdog) Sobre las actividades que ofrecen en el hotel , debería de haber un personal dedicado a la animación. Los llamados que me hacen a los huéspedes por micrófono no se escuchan en las habitaciones. Durante mi estadía se fue la luz 4 veces por periodos cortos de menos de 5 minutos. Si hay agua caliente en las habitaciones, la piscina es pequeña pero agradable. La zona de juegos si necesita mantenimiento, juegos oxidados , el fultbito de mano no se podía jugar porque tenía rota las manijas y se salían cada vez que uno intentaba jugar. Las habitaciones limpias pero debido a la zona hay mucho moquito y zancudos . El wifi pésimo , no llega a las habitaciones y en las áreas comunes donde debe de funcionar bien no funciona .
