I had a great stay here .right from checking in to service to room dining to check out -it was great service all over ..Special thanks to house keeping team for a wonderful job
In this trip ,I stayed in other 2 hotels as well in Pune /Mumbai but I will rank Double Tree as the first for best customer service

The stay was comfortable. Ordered food at 1pm on n night. Was provided in half an hour. Staff was courteous. Food items were reasonably priced. Breakfast was good. However, toiletries need to be improved. Only one toothpaste and that too quite old one was provided when it was on double occupancy. Though on call they were prompt and provided whatever was required. Overall excellent stay. Check in and check out were fast.

Nice property in chinchwad of pune maharashtra. Well appointed rooms with a good a**osphere. The 3 spices restaurant is very good particularly the following staff are friendly and helpful and have done very good service. Rameswar, aismita are the restaurant staff who have done good service to the guests. And the south indian dishes prepared by the south indian chefs magesh and babji are very tasty.

The hotel staff was courteous. The breakfast menu was limited for vegetarians. Housekeeping was not at all at par with the hilton brand. The swimming pool had no attendant and no facilities for small children in terms of using the swimming pool.
