"⚠️ IMMEDIATE WARNING: EXTREMELY TOXIC MANAGEMENT & ETHICAL VIOLATION ⚠️ I am writing this review to expose the shocking and highly unprofessional management of Regenta Central Grand Exotica, Pimpri-Chinchwad. I joined this property as a fresher and worked dedicatedly for 8 days. Unfortunately, due to a sudden severe medical issue (stomach pain), I had to stop working. The management explicitly promised and assured me that my hard-earned 8-day payment would be settled today, on the 10th. Today, instead of honoring their word, the managers are actively dodging my calls, ignoring my messages, and making pathetic excuses to delay my money. Coming from a middle-class family, this financial distress and mental harassment are causing immense pain to me and my family. Withholding a worker's wages is a direct violation of Labor Laws and fair employment practices. If my full payment is not credited to my bank account immediately, I am filing an official complaint with the Labor Commissioner Office, Pune, and taking strict legal action against this hotel for cheating and exploitation. I demand the General Manager (GM) of this property to intervene immediately and clear my dues before this escalates into a serious legal matter and a public relations disaster for the Regenta brand. #RegentaCentralGrandExotica #RoyalOrchidHotels #LaborRights #PuneLaborCourt #WorstManagement"

"It was an ok experience. booked two nights on a business trip. Room 310. It was big but with no mini bar. I was not able to even access TV. Washroom is basic but clean. Not much toiletries. Even the tea / coffee bags were not replenished. People in the restaurant were not at all friendly but little rude. Food was Ok. Breakfast buffet was limited and mostly south Indian. i think the room service would be better than the buffet menu. Coffee & tea were not good. Check out took lot of time. Small lift which can take max 2 people with luggage. But this is situated in Chinchwad closer to major industries such as Tata Motors. So people looking for few nights stay and closer to the industries. this would be ideal."
