The hotel and the environment are good for a stay. One of the decent hotels to stay at Pune. We definitely will come and stay again.

I had a great stay here .right from checking in to service to room dining to check out -it was great service all over ..Special thanks to house keeping team for a wonderful job In this trip ,I stayed in other 2 hotels as well in Pune /Mumbai but I will rank Double Tree as the first for best customer service

Clean room, rich breakfast options

This was the most warm stay I have had in a while. The staff is so warm and friendly. I stayed here for almost 10 days and the staff took care of my baby like their own. Priyanka and Ravindra the cleaning staff on 3rd floor greeted and played with the baby whenever i needed some time of my own, Prakhar ensured best baby food was available on a call. Tarique, Divya and Shabnam everyone in staff had amazing attitude and always kept my baby busy so that I could eat in peace. Would highly recommend this for everyone visiting pune.

Most unfriendly.and unprofessional business hotel . We needed a meeting room for 17 people they were completely disinterested we had to plead finally they conformed they have a meeting room and threw a hefty price tag even though it was 8 PM and the room was vacant.. The gentleman dealing with us was least interested and at one point said we need to talk to banquet sales and was least interested in making it easy even though I enjoy a gold membership status on hilton honours . Indeed this property helps one realise that double tree is indeed a low value brand least oriented to customer service and loaded with arrogance . Regretful experience be CAUTIOUS if you want to engage with then for anything beyond your stay

The food was excellent also the service was very prompt. The chef Pawan Singh was very courteous and provided us with awesome delicacies, it was a unforgettable experience It's a great venue for family and friends with amazing friendly staff.

Had a great stay with Hilton and the service offered were nice . Special credit to Fo team Abhay barlington Durva and Rajnita .Hope to see you all again .Buffet spread was also good.Everything was perfect for business trip There as well as for families trip.

Mr Prakara- Hospitality to reward , Mr Rohit - taste to treasure and Ms Farahin- Service to appreciate , made the evening wonderful ***** with desired delicacy the service and hospitality made it wonderful evening to spend . Such staff should be rewarded and appreciated throughout resembling empowerment to such leads.

In Sayaji Hotel Portico restaurant regularly I went for Dinner, All employees treating to customer & taking care of food serve is good, especially Rajesh Ambhore serve & way of behaviour is good, keep it up & do it well in upcoming days. Trushali while entering to portico restaurant welcome to customers with her good smiles and well taking care of customers, good keep it up same.

We had a big business meeting with US delegate m, checking for the nice hotel and found out that double tree is there close. We reached in time, very much accessible for Industrial area as near to Chinchwad central on highway Nice welcome, good ambiance and we had good meeting! Enjoyed food too. Will come again
