Best Hotels in Chino Hills, United States

The hotel is very new, spacious and bright, quiet, providing American breakfast, laundry room, gym, etc., convenient transportation, next to the hotel is Highway 71, it is worth staying again.

The good: Good location, lots of restaurants within walking distance or short drive. The rooms were clean, great price, and the breakfast had a good variety. The bad: The first night we were there the toilet wouldn't flush and the sink wouldnt drain, and it took a little bit of time for anyone to get up to fix it, ended up going to the bathroom after we left that morning. The kitchenette sink was gooey and discolored. The shower pressure was not very high. The AC worked, but in order to cool the whole room, the person sitting at the desk or on television couch had to freeze. There wasn't a lot of drawer storage in the room, but the closet was big. The TV auto turns off, which was annoying.

This is a very nice hotel. The breakfast is really good and the entire hotel staff is terrific. The rooms are nice and have been cleaned well. The hotel amenities are good and well maintained. I would recommend staying here for business or pleasure.

Let me just start with the people...I have yet to run into a hotel employee at this place that wasn't smiling, pleasant and happy. Jonte and Jet were at the front desk to check me in on this last visit. I've been here before but MONTHS ago but I was remembered and that made me feel special right off the bat. It's nice when you travel for business and are remembered. Rooms can be remodeled but I can tell you that the attitude of the people comes from the top, and genuinely appreciate the friendly reception here. The hotel rating of 5 stars is BECAUSE of the people. The day I checked out I got an email from Hannah letting me know they accidentally charged me the wrong rate and refunded me the difference. Honesty in business is so rare and I really appreciated her reaching out. The rooms...they are what they are for a TownePlace/Marriott property. They are mid sized, and offer the basics with a fridge, small sink and the basic kitchen essentials. They are clean, as was the bathroom, which is really what matters when you stay at hotel, right? I feel like the water pressure was lacking but with the restrictions on water usage at commercial properties I'm not sure this is the hotel's issue. Last time I stayed here I was upgraded to a suite and that room was much more spacious. Availability is the key to upgrades - and I'm OK with that. There could be better sound proofing between the hall and the rooms. I heard someone letting their door slam all night one of the nights I was there, but again - I'm hesitant to blame the hotel for the poor manners of one of their guests. The location is easy. There are a few (really good) places to eat within walking distance, and it seems like they are building more. The access to the hotel is easy so if you wanted to drive somewhere else to eat you could do so very easily. I'd say this was your basic, standard TownePlace Suites, and give it four stars for being what it is, but the people make the difference to me.

Not bad, the hotel next to the highway is not expensive, suitable for budget accommodation, the rooms are clean, and the front desk staff are very friendly and friendly. It’s been good for a few weeks

We stayed 7 days so we were able to assess over the long term. Check-in was a breeze and each of the front-desk staff was polite and friendly. They were helpful and accommodating no matter the reason for the encounter, including a successful dry cleaning job overnight. The hotel lobby, breakfast room and lobby were homey and clean. The room was more than comfortable and spacious. It was clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was upgraded and QUIET—imagine that!!! You are able to control its functions also! Such a concept!!! Laundry facilities, although expensive at $4 per 30 minute wash and $4 per 45 minute dry worked as expected and completely dried clothes in one 45 minute drying session. One suggestion is that the washer needs to have the rubber around the front door sanitized once a week by housekeeping or other such service. This would eliminate the odor in the washer. I used a 99% sanitizer in the washer for each load, which worked adequately. The housekeeping staff was also exemplary. They were accommodating to my every request and went out of their way to make sure adequate supplies were placed into the room without being asked. They were respectful of sleeping hours but seemed to always be nearby whenever I needed something, whether it be extra or clean towels or an unexpected bed change. Thank you Ayres, We will certainly be back during our next visit to California.

Complete facilities, sufficient parking spaces, good surrounding environment

The hotel breakfast is super rich, it is the best I have in the United States, the yogurt dessert bread coffee juice has, the room is also the most comfortable, impeccable ~ cost-effective ~ next to 50 meters there is a macic inside the cosmetics is very complete

From the beginning of the stay to the end, we were in complete dissatisfaction with the way we were treated. We were encouraged by the great reviews on Google and on hotels.com of this location, but unfortunately do not believe what everyone says. Don’t be fooled! After we checked into our hotel we went to get food. After we got food and returned back to our hotel, we noticed that there were blood stains on our bed sheets and comforter, upon looking closely. We were obviously disgusted by this and did not want to use the bedding if it had blood in it, so we called the front desk at that time. The lady at the front desk said that she is very sorry and that she cannot have a maid replace the sheets because there were no maids at that time.Then I asked for a new set of sheets and bedding so that I could replace it myself. The lady said that she will send over the bed sheets as soon as possible. A guy who looks like a new hire by the name of “Colby, Colvy, or Toby” (one of those names, the hotel staff declined to confirm which one), arrived at our hotel room in about 10 or 15 minutes. With an attitude from when we opened our door to greet him, he gave us just the bare set of inner sheets. Upon receiving the sheets, I asked, “Could we get a comforter?”. He responded back saying, “you didn't ask for a comforter, I am giving you bed sheets.” I said back to him, “we need a comforter because the bloody bed sheets touched the comforter hence we would need all new bedding.” With extreme disrespect and rudeness, he said he will go get it. When he returned with the comforter in hand I had the old sheets that had blood on it, all wrapped up. Then he gives me the comforter. I asked him “what do you want me to do with the bloody bed sheets”, and he said “I don't know what you want me to do with it. It's not my job. You know, I am doing you a favor by bringing you these things right now, this isn't even my job, I work at the front desk.” Obviously I was very upset at this and I found this to be extremely unprofessional as the hotel had blood on the sheets, and they should do anything to fix it and to make sure that we are happy. Obviously in this case this employee did not care. When I replied back saying “that this is a problem that needs to be fixed and whoever's working at the hotel needs to be able to help me and not be rude to me, I was replied back with a statement that I would be kicked out for being too disrespectful. Along with this, this individual decided to curse at me and once he started cursing at me, with fear of safety because my girlfriend was also in the bedroom I closed the door and locked it. Despite me closing the door and locking it, this man continued to curse me out and it seems like he almost wanted to fight me saying “F*ck this and f*ck that, come on man, it's like that?!” Then I give a call to the front desk and the same lady answers again, I explain the whole situation and she apologizes. I had a great time. I had just stood there 1 day and it was so clean, smelled clean, no problems at all. I'll be staying here while I'm in the area from now on
