2024.3宿泊。このホテルには何度も泊まっている。今回は初めてTrip.comで予約した。サイトでは一泊二食のプランだったが、ホテルに着いたら素泊まりとのこと。カウンターを挟んでそれぞれ主張したがらちが明かず。Trip.comに電話して状況を説明。一泊二食プランで予約していることは認めたが、ホテルには卸の楽天トラベルから予約情報が届いており、楽天トラベルに確認するため一旦切って待つことにした。折り返しの電話でTrip.comから、一旦当方が二食分をホテルに支払い、あとでTrip.comからその金額を振り込むという案が提案された。振り込まれる保証はなく、もし振り込まれなかったらこちらが損するだけ、とてものめる案ではなかったが夕食の時間は始まっており受諾した。フロントで食事代を支払い食事をし、部屋から領収書をTrip.comに送付した。
当方の振込先を伝えてから翌日には金額通り振り込まれており当方の出費はなかったが、二度とこのようなことがないしていただきたい。

９月の初旬に連泊しました。 東京は猛暑日が続いていましたが、標高１５００ｍに近いここのホテルは、高原のさわやかさが感じられ、快適に過ごせました。 宿泊した部屋は、フロントから右手のプロミネント車山高原の車山側（駐車場側）でしたが、駐車場にはホテルスタッフの車が数台駐車しているのみで、朝方には時々宿泊したいる犬の散歩を見かけるだけでした。 天気の良い日には、車山高原山頂のレーダードームと車山テラスが良く見えました。 蓼科山は、ロビーに行くとソファーに座りながら白樺湖とともに眺めることができました。 ホテルスタッフにはネパールの人が多くおり、レストランに入って時に「ナマステ」と挨拶すると喜んでくれました。

Approximately 40 minutes by shuttle bus from Chino Station. The city of Chino is also at a fairly high altitude, but it is located on Kurumayama Plateau, where you can see the city far below. It was still hot at Chino Station, but the area around the hotel was comfortable. Then check in at the spacious lobby. It was more than I expected so far, but that's about it. To get to your room, you have to go up and down the elevator and walk quite a bit, and the view from your room is only around the area around the hotel. Also, the buffet dinner is just ordinary food and not very tasty. There are no booths where the staff grills or fries food right in front of you. In the end, the hotel was disappointing.

2回目の来訪。１１月の紅葉の時期です。景色が良いのは変わらないが、食事が宿泊費用と見合ってないと感じられる。それなりの種類もあり味も美味しいは美味しいですが、食材のグレード的に宿泊費を考えるとちょっと見合ってないかなと思います。なお朝食は悪くないです。朝食だけという手もあるかもしれませんが、周辺に飲食店はほとんどありませんので、あまり現実的ではないと思います。コロナで食事の質が落ちたというコメントも見ますので、今後改善されれば良いですが・・・

まわりは、何もなく、大自然を感じました。 お料理は、夜、朝共にバイキングで、種類も多く、すべて美味しくて、大満足です。 ご当地の食材もありました。 お風呂は、そんなに広くはないのですが、露天風呂もあり、サウナもありました。 特に朝風呂は、景色もよく、気持ちよかったです。 ホテルの周りの散策コースもよかったです。 歩きやすく、山道ですが、きれいに整備されている感じでした。 また、行きたいと思えるホテルでした。

The location, view and environment are great. The room was spacious and calm, but I felt that the lighting could be brighter. The starry sky was very beautiful, but it was dim due to the lights of the facility. The air conditioner hardly worked which was inconvenient. It was strange to see a big difference between the price of beer in the refrigerator and the price in the vending machine.
