宿泊したお部屋は綺麗だったし、お風呂もとても清潔で良かったです。スタッフの方も親切で良かったです。
ただ、部屋の場所がエレベーターの無い別館4階の一番奥だったので、一緒に行った年配の母にとっては階段がしんどく、大変そうでした。
あと、夕食バイキングの時、案内された席に着いて目印を残して食事を取りに行って戻ったら、他の人が座って食事を始めていたので、席を移動しました。私達を案内したスタッフが近くにいたので、「ここは私達の席だったはずですが、他の人が使ってるので別の席に移りたいです」と言ったら、少し怪訝な顔をされました。

外観は昔のホテルのようですが、リニューアルされており綺麗でした。外国人スタッフの方々は本当に素晴らしい丁寧な接客でした。日本の方々は良い人もいればそうでない人も。シングル４台の部屋でしたが思っていたよりは広かったです。別館で階段のみだったがお風呂が近くて最高でした。70台くらいのおばあちゃんが一生懸命階段を登っていて大変そうでしたが、階数はそこまで多くありません。部屋のユニットバスは微妙だったかな？古さがありました。100周年記念でたまたまマジックショーが開催されていました。楽しかったです。キッズパークもあり子連れの私たちは、とても満足のいく旅行でした！料金は一度払えば次の日も遊べるので雨の日も良いですね。卓球は30分500円。やりたかったけど予約一杯でできませんでした、、ワインサーバーは24時間楽しめました！

房間裏面很陳舊、一踩嘎嘎響、孩子晚上上廁所都害怕、浴服已經洗的舊的掉色、沒任何想再去的的沖動、窗外風景也很差、温泉一進去味道大的不想洗第二次
