Great location with a nice view of the canal. The room is very tidy and clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful.

l'hotel nous a accueilli alors que nous étions en panne avec notre camion garagiste super éfficace , taxi affable , dommage qu'on ait eu la pluie en averse tempete!! hotel super situé près du centre de cette venise miniature moins bling bling que la sérénissime mais plus ouvrière et authentique...hotel sans prétention mais propre calme et disposant de l'essentiel....pour 60euros/nuit!!!!

Hôtel bien situé , propre , literie très confortable et très calme. Cher cependant pour la prestation : 75€ nuit pour chambre sans vue (85€ pour chambre avec la belle vue sur canal) sans petit déjeuner !!!! Très petite salle de bain. Il faut pas être très gros sinon on n’y rentre pas. Le plus : parking offert le temps du séjour et c’est un vrai bonus. Mérite un 60€ la nuit pas plus.

For a one star it is a decent hotel. The room is not small and overlooks the canal and also sees the bell tower of the cathedral. We arrived outside check-in time but the attendant was very kind. It's a shame for the excessive warnings: don't litter, don't bring sand, etc. The biggest flaw is the noise of the doors opening and closing.

Posizione ottima. Stanza e bagno grande. Confortevole con mobili non moderni, ma non rotti. Il proprietario Mike ci ha gentilmente consigliato come muoverci e dove cenare. Unico appunto: un po' troppi divieti scritti, che potrebbero indurre in una reazione negativa da parte degli ospiti, anche se come ci è stato spiegato dipende dalla maleducazione di chi ha soggiornato in hotel. Complessivamente da consigliare. Per tutto quanto meriterebbe altre 2 stelle....

emplacement de l'hotel très bien situé mais la chambre proposée avait sur le balcon le groupe de climatisation pour tout l'étage. Impossible de dormir sans boules quies.
Cette chambre n'est digne que d'un local technique !
Lorsque l'on signale cela à l'hôtelier , attitude méprisante de sa part.

La posizione è strategica e ho avuto il posto auto. Il prezzo è onesto, cosa rara di questi tempi. Pulizia ok. Non è ben insonorizzato, qualche dettaglio non funziona bene (frigorifero) e bisogna sapersi un po' adattare ma tirando le somme lo consiglio a chi come me non ha troppe pretese.
