"Requested twin room was made up as a double and we were given sheets to re-make the bed as twins (my friend and I are not a couple). No air conditioning in entire hotel,, given a fan but fuse blew leaving room in darkness all night. We were offered only a sofa bed in a room with no fan. So my friend stayed in dark room. We were told to check fuse box ourselves where we found cardboard rolled up and stuffed in. Clearly a fire hazard. Thin walls meant we could hear everything in next room, and traffic noise from street was too loud for window to be open. Electricians came without notification following morning while we were at mediocre self-service breakfast (where we were sat with smokers on unshaded rooftop), They were happy to wait while we removed our things and vacated the hotel. Two nights were refunded and we had to make our own arrangements for an alternative. No help with transport. We were charged 90 Euros for a dangerous room with no electricity (30% discount). Manager was insistent the room was not dangerous as the fuse blowing had protected us."

It was clean and nice, with good service at the reception. The room was large, spacious, modern, and well-kept. Close to restaurants, shops and an amusement park. We really enjoyed the breakfast."

Cleaning upon arrival When we arrived at our mobile home, it was in an unacceptable condition. There were dead insects and food remains on the floor, the floor and kitchen were dirty, and the refrigerator had not been cleaned. We had to contact cleaning staff twice before the accommodation was in a satisfactory state. It is not acceptable that guests should begin their holiday by dealing with cleanliness issues. 2. Wifi issues It is stated that there are designated wifi areas on the campsite. However, these areas are not marked or indicated anywhere. I found one spot near the reception, but the signal only worked properly when sitting right against the wall. When I sat there, a security guard told me to leave. This was deeply frustrating, especially when trying to use a service that is promoted as part of the guest experience. 3. Poor service at the café by the supermarket I had an unpleasant experience at the café next to the shopping area. On the first day, I was asked to leave because I only wanted to watch the Tour de France without ordering anything. The next day I returned, this time planning to order, but the TV was not working. When I asked if it could be fixed, I was told simply to try another restaurant. This is not what I would call good service, and it leaves a poor impression on guests. 4. Lack of hygiene and responsibility at the children’s pool On our second day, we noticed feces in the children’s pool and immediately informed the lifeguard. He was looking at his phone and asked us to wait. When we returned half an hour later, the feces were still there. Only after we complained again was it removed – but without asking the guests to leave the pool or taking any action to disinfect the water. This is a serious health risk and should be dealt with much more seriously. In general, we observed that the lifeguards spent most of their time talking among themselves, blowing whistles, scolding guests, or looking at their phones – rather than ensuring safety and hygiene. 5. EV charging – lack of organization We signed up for the waiting list to charge our electric car and were promised a phone call when a charger became available. Four days later, we had heard nothing. I went to the reception personally and was told I could charge the car immediately. However, the charging stopped after ten minutes, apparently because two cars cannot be charged at once – something we were not informed about in advance. I was told I could return at 8:00 the next morning. The next morning, "

"We were there recently for 10 days. Slightly outdated hotel in a busy place that is well run by a fantastic family. Stefano is the nicest and most diligent person we have ever met on holiday. Everything is there to make a holiday 'fantastico'. The rooms lack nothing, air conditioning, mini fridge, good WiFi, balcony, etc. Nice breakfast and fair prices in the bar. Parking for the car easily opposite the hotel. It's a pity that it is 1300 km from home for us, otherwise we would visit it more often, but we are still going back next year."
