Room is nice but Night and morning no hot water only cold water for shower and moreover none answer phone at reception and no other mobile number to call for emergency, very bad management, someone should always be reachable for any problem. the shower should have a hook to hang the shower hose and take a shower without holding the shower gun in your hand

Stayed here with the family in September (Wife and kids aged 13 and 9). An interesting start as I tried driving right up to the front door. Not a smart move on my part as the streets in Chios, particularly this part of town are particularly narrow. I managed to attract half the street, all trying to help. Such lovely, friendly people in Chios. This was only a small blip in what turned out to be an amazing 5 days exploring this truly beautiful and incredible island. Lena our lovely host greeted us with smiles, probably realising the chaos I caused. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-appointed. The beds were very comfortable and with no traffic to worry about, we all slept well. The rooms are located a short walk to the Castle and within easy walking distance of the Port, town centre and all the shops and eateries along the way. I can highly recommend this little treasure called Castro rooms. Just park your car at the Port Authority which is a 3 minute walk away. Thank you to Lena and the team at Castro rooms for a memorable stay!

We've just had another very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Castro Rooms with a spotlessly clean and beautifully prepared room as before. With a very comfortable bed, (the best we had whilst on Chios), and such a great location close to the ferries, restaurants and shops, we wouldn't even bother thinking about staying anywhere else when in Chios Town. Many thanks and we hope to be back soon!

Πανέμορφο γραφικό κατάλυμα μέσα στα σοκάκια του Φρουρίου, με πολύ προσεγμένη αισθητική, καθαρό και λειτουργικό για μια διαμονή που μας έκανε να αισθανθούμε σαν το σπίτι μας! Η ιδιοκτήτρια, ένα νέο και δραστήριο κορίτσι, έκανε την διαφορά με την φιλόξενη κι ακούραστη διάθεσή της, την εξυπηρέτησή της όποτε την χρειαστήκαμε, αλλά κυρίως με το φιλικό της χαμόγελο!!! Γεωργία, σε ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!!! Συνέχισε έτσι!

Η διαμονη στο καταλυμα μας αφησε πληρως ικανοποιημενους. Πολυ καθαρο και προσεγμενο δωματιο. Η τοποθεσια ειναι εξαιρετικη, πολυ κοντα στο κεντρο του νησιου με τα ποδια. Η οικοδεσπινα ιδιαιτερα βοηθητικη, ηταν στην διαθεση μας οποτε την χρειαστηκαμε. Το συστηνω ανεπιφυλακτα.

Πανέμορφα πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια σε εξαιρετικό σημείο και την Γεωργία αξία ανεκτίμητη. Περάσαμε υπέροχα λατρέψαμε την Χίο και τους ευγενέστατος Χιώτες . Εξαιρετική επιλογή και το νησί κΣι το Castro rooms Γεωργία ευχαριστούμε για όλα και στο επανιδείν! Οι 5 χαριτες από την Θασσαλονικη
