"Completely brand new hotel, close to the main town, the port and the airport. Big and modern rooms, all with either a terrace or direct access to the pool (swim-up). 2 long pools (Olympic size) and a swim-up bar. Stylish decoration throughout. It was quite calm and relaxing when we stayed, although it is not adults-only. Breakfast is buffet style and coffee, fresh orange juice and hot dishes are served at the table. I think they could do with more sun loungers by the pool and the service at breakfast could be quicker, but the property just opened 2/3 weeks ago so some minor teething issues are expected. In all, I’m very happy with my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again if back in Chios."

"Great beach front property. Including breakfast (very good). My favorite was warm handmade borekas and Greek yogurt with pistachio jam. Reasonable prices. Best part is being steps away from wonderful beach. We stayed 3 nights and it was incredible. Everyone was very helpful with smile. And softest towels ever!! Thanks for an amazing experience. "The hotel room is big enough and it is a hotel. The building is really like a castle. It is suitable for me to check in crazy. I want me to take a boat early. I can take care of me. I check-in and the breakfast is very rich. Although the distance is Far from the pier, but the whole is not wrong."

"We stayed at the Golden Sand Hotel, the sea view of the hotel was really beautiful. The beach is shallow and very clean, so it is especially suitable for families with children. We were generally satisfied, but the hotel system is a little different from 4-star hotels in Turkey, it is useful to go there knowing this. In the evenings, you have to go to the center for restaurants and venues, and the taxi fare is around 10 Euros one way. It is a nice alternative for those who want a quiet, peaceful holiday."

"Dont look any further! This is the perfect place to stay with the perfect location and lovely host Maria Christina&her mum. We stayed 5 nights in heaven with their elegant and warm welcome. I would definitely go back to visit the Chios and looking forward to stay in Bella Cisterna. Already missing that amazing organic and locally produced breakfast served with the perfect smile! Location is just right and close to everywhere. Rooms are supper clean with little kitchenettes .It is nice and quite place with unique elegancy from the hosting family. We felt like we were visiting friends ! Thank you Bella Cisterna and Maria&mum."

"Stay away. The apartment itself has mold, the hot water had a yellowish brown color (so only cold showers), the front door was difficult to lock and would jam. We booked on a Tuesday and wanted to leave the Thursday (our original reservation was for Saturday). The staff openly lied about the refund process at first, saying you had to speak with *******. I called ******* and they said the Hotel would be in charge of the refund. The hotel manager would not discuss refunding a portion of our fee. The location is not walkable as the building is situated on an island highway with no sidewalks. The apartment is not worth the low price of admission. We ended up leaving early and ate the lost cash."

"Beautifully located near the sea. Easy access to Karfas beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to small center of Karfas, which you can enjoy dinner and walk back to your hotel. Breakfast was average. Rooms are large but require renovation."

The owner, Mr Panagiotis and his family made us feel totally welcome from the get go! The apartment was cosy, clean and airy with a distinct homey feeling! We will definitely come back first chance we get to explore parts of the island that time did not allow for this time! Definitely recommended, especially for families!!!"

No one provided this significant request to us. We were disappointed. It has to be the same floor or next to eah other. Moreover, the wifii connections is terrible. "Wonderful hotel in Kampos, in the premises of an old mansion (Riziko) perfectly preserved and renovated. Magnificent orchard with various citrus trees around the yard with the cistern and the well with the traditional maggano; perfect for breakfast or a relaxing evening drink. Easy access from the main roads (GPS helps). Excellent, spacious, comfortable air-conditioned rooms, great ambience. Small fridge, espresso machine, electric kettle. Big bathroom. Everything impeccably clean. Very nice breakfast. We especially enjoyed the home made tangerine and rose petals marmalades. Free parking space in the premises; free wi-fi (good speed) The owner of the hotel, Manolis Neos, is the kindest, most hospitable person, who knows everything about the history of the island and eagerly offers tips for places to visit, restaurants, activities you may enjoy and everything. Anda as well, always present, kind and caring. We sincerely thank them both. We hope we will be able to come again in the future. It's worth the price. We definitely recommend it."

"I stayed the night before to watch the rocket war. It is also close to the church and is in an easy-to-understand location. I wanted to extend my stay, but I was disappointed that there was no room on the site. The restaurant was not open, probably because it was not summer. The calm owner family atmosphere was warm and I was able to spend my time with peace of mind. There is a restaurant nearby. The sea is close and the facilities and space are comfortable and the cospa is good."

"Everything was perfect, comfortable and clean. There is a completely equipped kitchenette. The rooms are properly climatised, you sleep like a baby. The owner and his family were extremely helpful and friendly understanding also Turkish. The location is very easy to reach. There is a beach at 50 mt, shower, changing cabines included (don't forget your aqua shoes). You don't have to hassle to hire a car. You just ask the owner, hoplà ! Everything's arranged. There is a supermarket "Market-In" at 100 mt to the north, you find anything you need, especially cheese. Other small alternatives you have are two small food shops next to the hotel. This is like a summer house. I wish I stayed longer, to drain the brain and body :)"

"As an active airline pilot flying all over the world, I think the most beautiful place in the world is Chios Island and the Seafront Hotel, where we stayed for three days, is very clean, cheap and the owner is extremely hospitable, especially Yorgo and his father are very helpful, I leave here extremely happy.
