早上五點多，走廊裏就開始咕嚕咕嚕的響，工作人員拉着工作車，一會一趟，聲音特別的大，床都跟着震。到了早上六點鐘，實在忍受不了了，我變出去查看，發現工作人員在拉車，和他説明以後，工作人員態度極好，但是，沒過一會又開始咕嚕咕嚕響。實在沒辦法睡覺，就起來想出去走走，順便和前台服務員講了這個事，服務人員態度也不錯，答應給領導反應一下。作為一個號稱四星級的酒店，難道這麼早就開始製造噪音，他們真的不知道會影響客人休息嗎？這個問題解決起來不是很簡單嗎？我認為最關鍵的還是服務意識太差！早餐的時候，打完菜找不到座位，一屋子都是旅行團的人在用餐，我恍然大悟，原來酒店是靠旅行團賺錢，不在意你散客如何，服務意識的好壞不會影響酒店生意！

酒店位於市中心，屬國家電投下屬單位的酒店，房間較大，早餐品種比較多，裝修屬政府機關風格，中規中矩，有些陳舊，洗漱用品檔次相對而言偏低，毛巾應換新的了，周邊環境好，停車方便。
