I am not a regular reviewer, but this place deserves the praise. Just about an hour drive from Bucharest and you find yourselves in a very beautiful resort, that is really hard to believe that you are in Romania, and not in France or Italy. Huge territory with grapes and fruit trees, beautiful scenery (even the refinery located down the hill in Ploiesti city can't spoil the impression), well thought-out and excellently done bungalows, perfect SPA and great food served at both restaurants (contemporary Romanian and Mediterranean cuisine). Breakfast offers excellent choices and polite and well trained personnel, which is rare in Romania. Great attention to the details both for exterior and interior spaces at the resort undeniably match the standards of 5 stars. I would like to congratulate the owners and the management for the unique experience they managed to create! Never in my fifteen years of living in Romania have I been so impressed. Well done and a great example for local entrepreneurs of how the money could be invested and what heritage could be left for the people living in this beautiful country. Highly recommend to both families with or without kids. There are plenty of things to do for adults and for kids.

A dream came true when my friend and I took the decision to visit and become princesses on an imense vineyard. You can feel the history, the classic, the inovative atmosphere, the silence and everything that you can imagine. The restaurants are mirific, just like the accomodation. We had a room near the reception, in a mansarde, with a feminine setting. Everything was much more than I've expected and I dreamed for a long time.

Just sepia beautiful morning and afternoon at this lovely resort. Facilities and accommodation outstanding, especially the Spa. Can’t wait to visit again! Visit finished off with a delicious lunch. Thanks to Mario for a very warm welcome!

One of the most beautiful places in Romania, and I've been to some of them... The rooms are so nicely decorated, hand painted with nature scenes, they paint attention to every little detail and everything fits together in a non-obvious way. Luckily, no marble and gold chandeliers, but a lot of heart they've put in everything. The restaurant was excellent, they adjusted quickly to my non-salt menu, the SPA is... you must go and try, then speak later :).

A wonderful day spent in an idyllic setting! Everywhere you look you can see the attention to detail and everything is put together perfectly. Excellent food (especially dessert), lovely scenery and hand-painted rooms... I will definitely come back with my family. RTeam

If you are looking for quality, then you find it at Casa Timis from many angles, such as premium accommodation (we have stayed in a bungalow), a location very well maintained, tasty food, a modern SPA (including gym), and very good services. You can relax, treat yourself with a good therapy, biking between vineyards and all these within one hour from Bucharest. The location is suitable for families and couples, and I think for a corporate retreat as well. Anyhow, we discovered this gem near Bucharest, so we will return for sure.

Everything is superlative, the cleanliness in the rooms is impeccable, the scenery is fabulous, the food is very good. The place is ideal for a quiet walk among the vineyards and around the lakes. The location has many SPA facilities, mini golf, table tennis, bike rides. I recommend!
