Although dinner is a buffet, a staple food is also provided. You can roast marshmallows by the fireplace in the lobby at night. The hotel has its own bus, with several stops, including New Chitose Airport, Chitose Station, and Minami Chitose Station. But some of the shortcomings are that every time I go to eat, I need to ask them for children's tableware. In addition, when I booked on Ctrip, I didn't get the choice of dinner. In fact, I could choose a Western set meal or Kaiseki cuisine. As a result, we couldn't book it on the spot because it was full. In fact, Japan is not a warm service, but a formulaic service.

After a month of searching the hotel's official website and Ctrip, I was finally able to book the outdoor hot spring room type I had always dreamed of, the JAPANESE & WESTERN ROOM with OPEN-AIR BATH (ONSEN). However, on the day of check-in, without informing me at all, I was arranged to stay in the PREMIER SUITE with PRIVATE OPEN-AIR BATH (ONSEN). Because I was too familiar with the room types of this hotel, I asked as soon as I entered the room why it was not the room type I booked? As a result, the hotel staff brother told me with embarrassment that he upgraded me to a suite for free~ But I only wanted the room type I booked (because the view was the best)~ Then I was told that the room type I booked was full, which was really inexplicable 😢 Finally, at my insistence, I was given the room type I originally booked ~ the problem was finally solved effectively. For dinner, I upgraded to the most expensive Kaiseki course (Premium Japanese Course). The ingredients are very fresh and every dish tastes good. It is worth a try👍 Overall, this is a highly recommended Japanese hot spring hotel. The environment and decoration style are both great. The only thing that needs to be improved is that the service of some young employees needs to be strengthened and trained. Another point is that you have to walk through a super cold corridor to go from the room to the hotel restaurant for dinner. In the winter with a temperature of minus ten degrees Celsius, there is no heater in this corridor. It's a bit strange. I hope the hotel will get better and better😊
