We thought the property itself was absolutely beautiful and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was great and we loved the quiet atmosphere it brought to us. We do have a few complaints regarding the room. Not very happy about the private villa we stayed in. It had a bad smell like basement and there small bugs in there. Also no windows. Also we had to cancel one of our stay and we did not receive a refund which was disappointing.

Beautiful pool and surroundings. Expected a lot more for the price we paid. Breakfast staff was super unfriendly and we waited 30 minutes for our coffee. Rooms are a little bit outdated. €15 for an aperitivo at the pool bar is just too much.

Pleasant holiday. Hello or many things to improve. Unhelpful staff, some even arrogant at times. No predisposition to welcome the customer. Nice structure. Positioned well. Lovely place. I advise the cleaning ladies to be more attentive, it is not enough to clean only superficially.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo boutique hotel i primi cinque giorni di agosto. La struttura è un perfetto connubio tra arredamento ricercato (con mobili di design e colori accoglienti) e materiali in armonia con il territorio circostante (grande protagonista è la pietra a vista della struttura principale ed il marmo di Travertino). Un giardino rigoglioso e molto curato circonda l'hotel, permettendoti di fare colazione immersi nel verde e con il profumo di lavanda. Piscina esterna con vista sulle colline. Personale molto attento e discreto. Ottima colazione. Assolutamente consigliato, soprattutto per una vacanza di coppia

Ein zauberhafter Ort mit Blick über die Toskana; exzellente Küche und hervorragende Weine. Wer Ruhe und Exzellenz sucht, wird hier verwöhnt! Die Lage zwischen Montepulciano und anderen geschichtsträchtigen Orten ist sowieso perfekt für Ausflüge in die Gegend. Ganz in der Nähe ist einer der Drehorte vom Film Gladiator. Traumhaft!

Observar que não há elevador e alguns quartos ficam no terceiro andar, gerando alguma dificuldade com malas e para pessoas com limitações de mobilidade.
